There are just a few things that you need to find out to see if your contact or client has
potential for our program. All dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars.
1. A net worth of at least $800,000 – This is the total value of all of their assets to
include real estate, business, vehicles, jewelry, collectables, pensions, savings ,
investments etc. minus their debts. They do not have to sell anything; they just need
to prove it on paper.
2. Have business or management experience in 2 of the past 5 years. This can be a very
complicated part of the process which CRS will go over with the client.
3. Be willing to make a $120,000 permanent non-refundable investment with Canada
once they have been notified of their Canadian Permanent Residency.
NOTE - They make an initial $10,000 good faith deposit with the Government of Canada
upon entering into the program and only pay the second amount $110,000 after receiving
notice of their Canadian Permanent Residency. So there is next to no risk with the
program.
Some common questions:
How long does the process take?
The average time for Canadian Permanent Residency from the UK is 16-18 months. The
client does not have to immediately move to Canada and they need to be in Canada 730
days out of every 5 years. They can get their citizenship if they want after residing in
Canada for 3 years.
How much is this going to cost me?
All of CRS’s services are free to our clients as we are compensated by Canada and we are
only paid if they get their Canadian Permanent Residency. So all of our teams and
affiliates will be working very hard to make sure that they are successful or we do not get
paid.
Total non-refundable investment with the Canadian Government = $120,000
Government application fees:
1. Principal applicant $1,050
2. A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less
than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner $550
3. A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not
a spouse or common-law partner $150
4. Canadian Permanent Residency fees: $490 for applicant and $490 for spouse, there is
no fee for dependant children.
These are the only costs to the client except for their medicals and police clearances
which will be asked for approximately 14 months after the application is made.
Important Points - The ability to speak English, age, education and job offers are not
relevant. Once they have their Canadian Permanent Residency, there are no further
requirements or obligations at all and they can live where ever they want in Canada.
