Over the years we have worked with many different families from all over the globe to settle successfully. Below is a selection of how our services have saved our clients time and money and got their lives started in Canada much quicker than they could have acheived themslves.
When we decided we wanted to move to Nova Scotia we searched the internet and found plenty of immigration consultants, but really wanted to speak to somebody about what life was life in Nova Scotia and how we might fit into that, rather than just the mechanics of being able to get here. After all, moving with a young family is a big decision!
We had a consultation call with June and explained our situation and learnt a lot about what life might be like for us, how to look for jobs, what works and doesn’t work over here. She was very honest about everything and no question was too silly for us to ask, it was the turning point for us and made us realise that we really did want to do whatever it took to get to Nova Scotia.
If it wasn’t for this guidance and support from June there is no doubt that we would still be sitting in the UK, waiting a couple of years for our application to be processed. Instead, we took the plunge and came over for a recce trip, got offered a job and 3 months later, in January 2012 we arrived with work permits ready to start our new life!
To us this worked out so much better than waiting all that time in the UK for approval and wasn’t an option we thought would be possible until talking it through with June. We have been able to apply for our permanent residence while already enjoying our new life in Nova Scotia.
If it wasn’t for June’s help and support we know that we would not be in Nova Scotia right now. She has been incredibly supportive and a goldmine of information, from getting here to settling in with the community and all the bits between.

After spending 2 years working in Canada with the British Army (BATUS) we decided we would come back to live in Nova Scotia, after 22 years service in April 2011. So paperwork was submitted, the processing time was 6 months, then it went to 8 months, then 10 and is now at 14 months. Every time we tried to contact Buffalo the only answer we got was ” its in process”, so having 2 weeks before starting another contract I jumped on a flight turned up at June and Marks B & B and asked for a bed for a week. After a long chat, June suggested that as I had a class 1 license why not try a local trucking firm. I visited the trucking company on the Tuesday morning and after a long chat to the recruitment manager he said he would offer me a job. By the Friday I had in my hand a signed contract and the paperwork to get a 2 year work visa. As you can imagine I was over the moon with the prospects of my new job in Canada and the opportunities that now presented themselves for my family, in the space of 4 days whilst working with June we had achieved my goal. June Spindloe is best described and defined as realistically optimistic and peppered with sincerity and warmth unfeigned.
One can see that her perspective and values are born of experience and fortitude. She is transparent and one quickly detects truth and honesty; her truth and honesty have depth and meaning and, when in her company, one finds oneself on a journey of self-discovery: negative opinion and self-effacement and personal doubt and fear are countered, quickly, with a number of positives which trigger in oneself a plethora of possibilities and directions not before seen or considered. However, there is no overbearance or harshness, only encouragement and support.
In short, June Spindloe has an un-assuming self-belief and tenacity which have borne her much success. Indeed, she knows that all of us have the potential to be more than what we have been and to do more than what we have done. To her, there is much within all of us which has not yet been discovered and exploited, not for gain, but for self-worth and achievement.

I had the opportunity to meet June Spindloe personally in October of 2008. I found June to be extremely knowledgeable about the Provincial Nominee Relocation Program for Nova Scotia. June is very straight forward and honest regarding relocation issues, and June will always let the client know the facts about their chances regarding relocation. In a nutshell, June Splindloe will always do the right thing regarding the relocation even if the news is not positive news. June's goal is to be upfront and direct in her dealings with potential clients. I recommend June Spindloe to those who want to inquire about relocation to Nova Scotia.

Firstly, I must say that June is a really nice person and is very easy to get along with. Her company Relocation Nova Scotia has provided an excellent resource for our readership over the last couple of years. Having relocated from the UK themselves, June and Mark fully understand the trials and tribulations related to relocating to a new country and pass on this valuable advice to their clients and our readers. I have no problem in recommending Relocation Nova Scotia to anyone thinking of moving to Halifax. The articles that June supplies for our magazine always offer excellent advice and we value her contribution

In her capacity as relocation advisor/consultant, I highly recommend June Spindloe to any potential immigrants to Eastern Canada who are searching for a source of information and support throughout the immigration process. June is able to provide a wealth of information related to the immigration process itself both prior to and upon arrival. Practical advice and support is always available including the provision of a home-stay service upon arrival. But perhaps more importantly, June is always available with a word of advice or encouragement in what can be a fairly lengthy and stressful process.

What a great stay we have had, absolutely perfect for us just embarking on our adventure to emigrate to Canada. Meeting you has really empowered us to move forward with it.

"We are also Yanks who moved to NS (Lunenburg) last year. Like you, we were very worried about cross-border issues and how difficult it would be to get a mortgage here. Mark and June Spindloe referred us to their mortgage specialist. Honestly, getting the mortgage was unbelievably easy and straightforward. In the US, we are used to credit checks, red tape, etc., but we had none of that. They didn't even need to check a FICO score! " Nancy Sixsmith, Lunenburg
